Supplemental skill, strength, or capacity work is recommended for members who want to build on their foundation of fitness built in our general program. Members looking to dedicate additional time outside of our general programming can find weekly supplemental programming that is designed to work alongside our general program.
In regards to training, our primary goal is to help athletes understand the importance of building a solid base of conditioning, strength, and skill work to create well-rounded athletes.
Members looking to push their training and performance tailored more specifically to local competition, can schedule an Athlete Development Consultation to set proper expectations and determine an appropriate plan of action for supplemental training. Individualized programming will require more discipline and a greater time commitment toward training, nutrition, and recovery.
