Supplemental skill & strength work is recommended for any athlete who wants to build their fitness with the CF Open in mind. Athletes looking to dedicate additional time outside of our general programming can schedule an Athlete Development Consultation to set proper expectations and determine an appropriate plan of action for supplemental training. Supplemental programming will require more discipline and a greater time commitment towards training, nutrition, and recovery.
